3. Free Resources — Personal Use Licence
✅ What you can do (free for individuals)
All our printable resources (NDIS templates, wellness trackers, guides) are free for personal use:
- Download and print for your own use
- Share links to our resources with friends, family, or support groups
- Complete and submit forms (NDIS applications, medical request letters) as intended
- Use trackers and tools for your personal wellness journey
- Print multiple copies for your household
❌ What you cannot do (requires permission)
- Redistribute commercially — you cannot sell or charge for our free resources
- Modify and republish — you cannot edit our documents and claim them as your own
- Remove branding — keep “The Memory Nook” logo and attribution on resources
- Use for organisational purposes without a licence (see Section 4)
⚠️ Important: if you’re a healthcare provider, NDIS organisation, support coordinator, aged care facility, or workplace wanting to use our resources with multiple clients/patients, please contact us about organisational licensing. We want to make our resources accessible while sustaining our social enterprise.

If you want to use our resources with clients, patients, or employees, we offer:
- Limited free use — share our website links and recommend resources to clients
- Organisational licence — bulk download, print, and distribute our resources within your organisation
- Custom resources — white-label or co-branded versions for your organisation
- Training packages — via Elevana Learning partnership

- Kajabi’s platform terms also apply to course enrolment
- Payment processing is handled by Elevana Learning’s payment providers
Free Memory Nook resources remain free. Paid courses are separate products offered through our education partner.
